Wilderness First Responder Course:
The Wilderness First Responder program is geared for individuals who want a more thorough and intensive training involving more than most urban-oriented courses can offer. This course would not only appeal to outdoor trip leaders but also to those individuals who spend a great deal of time traveling, hiking, and camping. The focus of this course is for participants to not only know how to treat wilderness injuries, but to understand why these injuries occur and how they can be prevented. What is the difference between Wilderness First Responder and Wilderness First Aid?
