Medical and other conditions sometimes benefit greatly from massage therapy. Massage Therapy is available upon the referral from any of the SHCC Medical, Nursing, Mental Health and Health Education staff. Or, a UF Student may "self-refer" for a Wellness massage. See below for packages and pricing information.

Simple 'n "Swedish" Massage (50 min - $52 or 30 min - $28)
relax and sooth your muscles and joints with the 4 original strokes of massage (light-med)
Totally “SWAMPED” Massage (65 min - $80)
combination of the best massage modalities for when you are feeling totally swamped with life in general. This massage brings you back to reality and centered. (med-deep)
Mind, Body and “GATOR” Spirit Massage (50 min - $60)
guided imagery, shiatsu, aromatherapy with yoga breathing techniques that refresh the mind, revive the body and restore the spirit. (light-deep)
"SWEET" Tooth Massage (50 min - $60)
chocolate without calories: for the chocolate lover it gives a pleasurable aroma sensation, while relaxing muscles and ends with softened, moisturized skin. (med-deep)
"Champagne" Facial Massage (50 min - $60)
without the headache: warm mask, with cool stone and/or bamboo tools. This ends with relaxing, yet stimulating massage to face, scalp and décolleté. (light-med)
"AIDE" Hydrating Wrap Massage (50 min - $60)
a LUSH moisturizing balm that melts, warms and then you are wrapped in the warmth, followed by a massage leaving your skin soothed and hydrated. (med-deep)
Computer – “Ctrl/Alt/Delete” Massage (50 min - $60)
hrs @ computer: massage to upper back, neck, shoulders, arms and hands with warm bamboo and/or cool stone. Hands are wrapped in paraffin. (med-deep). This massage can also be given without paraffin as a 30 minute massage for $40.
After “Flip-flopping-Backpacking” Massage (50 min $60)
hours walking: massage to back, legs and feet with warm bamboo and/or cool stones. Feet are wrapped in paraffin. (med-deep). This massage can also be given without paraffin as a 30 minute massage for $40.
"HEAD" Examined Massage (30 min - $40)
pre/post exam: massage to scalp, face, neck and shoulders will relax yet stimulates with Ayurvedic techniques, aromatherapy, warm bamboo and/or cool stones. (med-deep)
