We have revised the policy regarding Preplacement Health Assessments (PPHA).

  1. Departments must check the Exam Result screen for the most current health assessment status rather than depend on individual emails from the SHCC.
  2. Patient contact health assessments require a visit to SHCC at Shands (Room D2-49)
  3. Health assessments and immunization rate changes effective August 24th, 2009.
  4. Patient contact requirements have been updated to include N95 medical review and MMR requirements.
